Return window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

How to start a return

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within [X business days].

Faulty or incorrect items

Return postage

Return shipping is on us — you won’t be charged to send an item back.

Because each item is printed to order, we’re currently unable to offer exchanges for a different design — only for size, subject to availability.
