About us

Minor Mayhem is a trading name of [COMPANY NAME] LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number [COMPANY NUMBER]. Our registered office is [REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS]. You can reach us at [CONTACT EMAIL].

These terms

These terms apply to everything you buy from us through this website. Please read them before you order — by placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Our products

Every tee is printed to order. Nothing is pre-made or held in stock.

We photograph our products as accurately as we can, but screens vary, and the black of a garment on your phone may not be exactly the black that arrives. Slight variation in print position is normal in printed clothing and is not a fault.

Sizes are based on standard UK children’s sizing. Please check the size guide before ordering.

Orders and payment

When you place an order you will receive an email confirming we have received it. That email is an acknowledgement, not an acceptance. A contract between us is formed only when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched.

Payment is taken when you place your order. If we cannot accept your order — for example because an item is unavailable, there has been a pricing error, or we cannot verify payment — we will tell you and refund you in full.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct. We cannot redirect an order once it has been dispatched, and we cannot refund parcels lost because of an incorrect address.

Prices

All prices are in pounds sterling. We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged on our prices.

Delivery within the United Kingdom is free on every order. We do not currently ship outside the United Kingdom.

We may change our prices at any time, but changes will never affect an order you have already placed.

Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind, for any reason or none. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.

Our products are printed to order, but they are made from a fixed range of designs and sizes rather than personalised to your specification — so this right applies in full. We will not refuse a cancellation on the grounds that an item was made to order.

Items should come back unworn, unwashed and in a condition we could reasonably resell. Full details, including how to arrange a return, are in our Refund & Returns Policy.

If something is wrong with your order

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 the items we sell you must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If what arrives is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, tell us within a reasonable time and we will put it right with a replacement or a refund. These rights are in addition to your right to change your mind above, and nothing in these terms limits them.

Intellectual property

The designs, slogans, photography, logo and written content on this site belong to us. You are welcome to wear them. You may not reproduce, print or sell them, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

Our liability to you

We do not exclude or limit our liability in any way where it would be unlawful to do so. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987, and for breach of your legal rights as a consumer.

Subject to that, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is obvious that it will happen, or if both parties knew it might happen when the contract was made.

We supply our products for domestic and private use. If you use them for any commercial or business purpose, we have no liability to you for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

Events outside our control

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as postal strikes, severe weather, or failures at our print or delivery partners. If such an event occurs we will contact you as soon as possible, and if the delay is substantial you may cancel and receive a full refund.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page at the time you placed it.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong, email [CONTACT EMAIL] and we will do our best to resolve it. We aim to respond within two working days.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your own country.
